In The News
Who do you want to reach? How do you want them to feel? What do you want to communicate? We start every brand activation by asking questions that matter. From there, we ideate big themes and big ideas that will create memorable, engaging experiences. We build relationships with the right influencers, tastemakers, brand ambassadors, events, organizations… you name it. Plus, we manage the entire process from start to finish — from initial creative concept through production, and every step in between — so you don’t have to. Consider us an extension of your team, working tirelessly to delivery turnkey experiences that fit seamlessly with your brand.
A little inspiration can go a long way. We’ll work with you to hone your thematic approach, your story, and the many ways you can surprise and delight your target audiences. We include everything you need to bring your big ideas to life — mood boards and color palettes, suggested menus and entertainment, potential partners and sponsorship packages — then we’ll let you take it from there.
What does a memory look, smell, taste, sound, and feel like? That’s where the magic behind large-scale, luxury festivals comes in. And that’s where Olio delivers. We leverage our deep networks to recommend top-notch talent and entertainment; we identify and secure the right partners and sponsors; we manage booking, ticketing, marketing, and sales. So whether it’s food and wine or lifestyle and entertainment, our team is able to bring the Olio brand of magic to the table.
At the confluence of intimacy and influence are Olio’s curated hospitality experiences. Designed for intimately-sized groups, these culinary and brand tours and evenings leverage relationships with influencers, tastemakers, and culture creators from the worlds of food & drink, music, art, and entertainment. The end result? Meaningful, one-on-one moments with the people who matter most to your business.
Corporate meetings and trade show activations most definitely don’t have to be stuffy, over-wrought, or boring. Let Olio do the heavy lifting! It all starts with aligning on what you hope to accomplish. Then, through carefully chosen vendors, Olio will negotiate, manage, and execute all event details, including venue, food, beverage, decor, materials, and content.
Olio can streamline the task of overseeing executive entertainment and travel. Whether it’s booking private airfare, luxury accommodations and local transportation, or identifying and curating custom dining and hospitality experiences, Olio can make corporate entertaining a breeze.
Let’s face it: in certain circles, great seats are status quo. But aren’t incredible experiences reflective of more than just a box at a ballgame? Olio can consult, procure, and manage corporate hospitality assets: season tickets, corporate boxes and suites, private chef’s table dining and more. And because we want to drive connections, we won’t stop there; we’ll find fresh new ways to enhance the experience through interesting additions, thoughtful details and custom elements.
Sponsorship is a two-way street; there must be a win-win for it to work. Our team guides clients on both sides of the equation to identify the right plays and prices, the right partners and perks. Whether it’s identifying on-brand co-op activations or curating a list of the right partners from our wide network, we identify corporate sponsorships, sales and complementary experiential marketing opportunities that deliver synergy, value, and ROI on both sides of the equation.
